If you're a Bears fan, you're dejected, but maybe optimistic. Allowing 21 unanswered points in the fourth quarter is not the way to finish and fall to 0-1 on the season. Optimism comes from seeing how well Caleb Williams and the Chicago offense played, and didn't give up after going down by 10. Detroit are the heavy favorite in this game despite only managing a "garbage time" TD afrter being down 21 against the Packers. Field position feels like it's going to be key in this one as neither team set the world on fire moving the ball last week. The BetQL computer model has Detroit winning in 77% of our simulations with a projected score of 27-20.

Both teams were able to walk out of week 1 with a victory, despite Denver QB BO Nix having a terrible game. Colts QB Daniel Jones looked great against the Dolphins going 22/29 for 272 yards and a TD as Indianapolis trounced Miami 33-8. Denver struggled against a Titans team that no one has high expectations for this season. Despite that, the BetQL computer model has the Broncos winning in over 70% of its simulations. We think Denver's defence which was able to hold the Tennessee to just 133 total yards will be too much for the Colts and have the Broncos winning by 5 points.

Week 2's most anticipated game has to be the rematch of last season's Super Bowl, as the Chiefs play host to the Eagles at Arrowhead Stadium. Neither team looked their best in Week 1, but the Eagles were able to hold off the Cowboys and start the season atop the NFC East. As for the Chiefs, maybe it was the Altitude in Sao Paulo, but Mahomes couldn't find the magic as K.C,. fell to the Chargers 27-21. The Chiefs will be without WR Xavier Worthy on Sunday as he was taken out of last weeks game after colliding with Travis Kelce on a passing route. The BetQL computer model has the Eagles as a 52/48 favorite in what we think is going to be a very close game. The last time these two teams faced off, Philadelphia took home a 40-22 victory.
